Kakashi VS Jiraiya

Just read someone actually put up a case that a Kamui-less Kakashi could defeat full power Jiraiya. Do you also disagree with this, or am I just crazy?

I don't think Mei is debatable. Kakashi almost lost to a hidden mist user, and Mei's mist is better than Zabuza's considering her mist would not just blind, but melt Kakashi

Kamui is way too fast for jiraiya to react to, toads get fodderized this way (kakashi can do a small kamui, tearing a hole straight through the toads, killing them).

Jiraiya will then have no way to keep kakashi suppressed while he preps SM, he will be a sitting duck.

I dont see how people think jiraiya can win this, 4 kamui shots is manageable for kakashi..

How does GG'ing his Sharingan with Hiding in the mist jutsu help kakashi in any way? If you're even talking about boil release, then Lol.. Mei's immune to it and it's also a KKG.

Completely different Mists bruh. Her Hidden mist jutsu is the same as zabuza's, except thicker. Her boil Release is invisible(can't see it) and Melts.

Sure Kamui is very powerful, but like any other jutsus it has it's limits! People just don't seem to realize that...

Just because a jutsu has his limits doesn't mean his advantages should also be ignored. Obito is overpowered because of that jutsu alone

If Kakashi can't use Kamui, then Jiraya beats him low diff without going Sage Mode. Jiraya is easily kage level even without Sage Mode. Kakashi on the other hand had major trouble beating Zabuza in part 1 (Part 2 Kakashi (Minus Kamui) could do it better, but not much.)

If Kakashi has Kamui it will be much closer though and Jiraya will definitely need his Sage Mode to win. Nevertheless I still see him winning, considering that Sage Mode not only makes him self super strong, but also summons Ma and Pa which are some of the strongest summons in the series.

Jiraiya takes this low difficult his arsenal of jutsu aren't ordinary but all high quality jutsu plus his summoning animals are off the chart they over take kakashi with no problem at all even with kamui i dont think kakashi could take j-man in my opinion.

Poor taijutsu?? As you said we clearly aren't reading the same manga. Jiraya might not be better than Kakashi at taijutsu, but there is nothing poor about it at all. He's very fast and strong and extremely resilient even without Sage Mode.

The databook (Which only counts base from) is a good example that what you're saying is bullshit:

Kakashi:
Taijutsu: 4,5
Speed: 4,5
Strength: 3,5

Jiraya:
Taijutsu: 4,5
Speed: 4,5
Strength: 4,5

And what the hell are you talking about with Kakashi enhancing his taijutsu with Raiton?? Ay does that, Kakashi doesn't.

And if you're talking about 1 of his Chidori or Lightning Cutter versions, those things have nothing to do with taijutsu.
Else we might as well count Rasengan and Jirayas needle hair jutsus and if we did that Jiraya would be waay superior.
