jiraya has better feats and stronger moves. as well as a much larger chakra pool. their intelegence is about the same both with lots of experience,

i think tht jirayas summons on top of sage mode will be too much for kakashi to handle.
and evan if kakashi was winning Jiraya could threaten to spoil the ending of his new Icha Icha book.

after the last couple of chapters weve seen nagato almost kill naruto and Bee. until itachi saved them and sealed nagato.

now unless Jiraya has some sort of long range sealing method he doesn't have anything in his arsenal to defeat Nagato.
