Since his post didn't really contain any arguments for Kakashi, I don't really feel like giving them for Itachi.

He has already shown he was able to feint Itachi with Kage bunshin avoiding illusion jutsus and with this method he can even avoid amaterasu also. Kakashi has more stamina than Itachi. He can use kamui at least 3times depending on what object or person he wants to teleport in his dimension. Itachi when he was alive had too much side effects of his jutsus. After Tsukiyomi, he struggled, after Amaterasu, coughing up blood, and after Susanoo he died. Someone as wise as kakashi could take advantage of thes type of phases to finish with Itachi. And he won't underestimate him since he already knows Itachi's power. He will fight all out from the start, maybe even by casting kamui like he wanted to against Tobi, especially when he is in difficulties

Also stamina will not play a part. Sure kakashi a 0.5 advantage over sick itachi but in actual fact they are around the same because the sharingan grains kakashi chakra more than itachi's but also itachi has better control with his chakra. He did after all take sasuke all the way and that sasuke a chakra advantage of 1 but also the cm2.

Also say that even after all the advantages that sasuke had including itachi's true purpose sasuke still couldnt finish him off and itachi in fact came close enough to sasuke to poke his forehead and then die from his state. Even tobi who knew of itachi's state said that itachi couldve killed sasuke at any time and may i say that, that sasuke would give current kakashi a very goo fight.

Because i think contrary to the popular belief that Kakashi is still on their level. Sure Itachi is stronger and Sasuke also, but not by far. If i was to compare Itachi and Kakashi, i will like to say they are both intelligent, so it could go either way there. Itachi has better speed, and in taijutsu i think they are even. Kakashi has better ninjutsu. In chakra, i will say they are even also. Itachi and Kakashi are both genius, but Itachi has 3god(tsukiyomi, Amaterasu, Susanoo), Kakashi only has 1god(kamui). It's why i see Itachi stronger.

The problem now with Sasuke is that i believe Kakashi is smarter, but Sasuke has much more chakra than him. And the fact he doesn't hesitate to use his powerful jutsus, give him the edge since it doesn't give time to Kakashi to actually have a plan, but now that Kakashi has knowledge i think he will be more intelligent while fighting him if they meet again(it's what i believe at least). Sasuke and Kakashi are even in speed, when Kakashi is slightly better in taijutsu. Ninjutsu it depends, but i will give the edge to Kakashi. So close fight for me, but Sasuke wins also

All youve said is more or less talked about stats which doesnt play much of a role in fights. Sasuke if he wants can finish kakashi in 3 susano arrows.

We saw what happened already. Kakashi couldnt evade it and used kamui. His speed at the start still wasnt fast enough to evade it. After kamui his speed decreases. If sasuke was to use a second arrow kakashi will have to teleport it again. So that is 2 kamui's so far. The third arrow if kakashi was to kamui his chakra would be on 0 so he dies from chakra exhaustion. If he doesnt have enough chakra, the arrow impales him.

This isnt a close fight, its a massacre if sasuke decides to spam he will finish kakashi with low diff

Personally i don't see where he had trouble against 30% Itachi. During that fight, he didn't even use Raikiri once, not even one time. He always use it when he intend to kill. So i personally think he didn't do that much. At a moment, he even suspected that it wasn't the real Itachi.

What i'm trying to say is that Kakashi had no knowledge of Susanoo arrows before. So he was surprised by the speed of arrows. But when you already know that someone could spamm arrows, you can actually try to prepare yourself against that, and Kakashi actually has enough jutsus to protect himself against, especially his doton jutsus. By hiding underground like against Itachi for example, Sasuke could do almost nothing. At that time he could make a raiton kage bunshin jumping from underground and attacking Sasuke the same way like against Itachi. With this method for example, he can actually fight Sasuke even if he can't avoid arrows.

That's why i say the advantage of knowledge will help him if they fight again. Even if Sasuke will still win
