I don't understand people who think that Hebi Sasuke has more stamina than current Kakashi. Just to make you remember, CS doesn't increase chakra. In the contrary, sound4 said that CS takes a lot chakra. Remember that against Deidara at the end of the fight, he was out of chakra, against Itachi, he was out of chakra also(even before him). Current Kakashi was able to fight during 2days powerful opponents like the most fiercefull 7swordsmen in Kirigakure history, plus white Zetsus, come to help Naruto fighting 5Tailed Beast, then Gedo Mazo and Tobi before collapsing a bit after spamming a lot of Raikiris, plus something like 5Kamui. So just that shows that in comparison to Hebi Sasuke, Kakashi has much more chakra than him.
Furthermore, he can spamm much more Raikiris than before. I don't really know Hebi Sasukes limit, but i think he didn't use more than 3chidori against Deidara, not more than 3 also against Itachi, and some katon and genjutsu and he was already out of chakra. In this war, Kakashi used at least 8 or 9Raikiris. And just to tell, Raikiri is more powerful than Chidori, stated in the manga and databook. We've seen he was even able to cut through multiple boulders with a Raikiri infused in a kunai. Sasuke on the other side has some variety of raiton techniques like the chidori nagashi or chidori blade, but on the other side, Kakashi has shown a powerful raiden even able to cut through V2 Jinchurikis tails that not even Orochimarus original Kusanagi could hurt, he has also shown a lightning wolf which seems to have a great range, a lightning clone that paralyses the ennemy and what he uses almost everytime flawlessly(so Sasuke could be caught by surprised).
And that's only about raiton that i'm talking about. Besides from that, Hebi Sasuke has some powerful katon techniques, but Kakashi has also powerful suiton techniques even able to counter a combo of Kakuzus fuuton technique, plus katon technique, and just to make you remember, Kakuzu fuuton technique alone was able to destroy a great part of the forest where they were fighting, but Kakashi managed to stop with his suiton, not only even that but in a combo with a katon technique
Kakashi also has his doton techniques with 8huge gates to protect himself against some attacks or to screw the ennemy. He can also manage to travel through the earth with another doton technique, to avoid attacks or/and catch the ennemy from underground like he did against Itachis katon for example
He is also better than Sasuke in taijutsu, and when we add the fact that he is probably one of the best kage bunshin user in this manga, plus his incredible intellect(eventhough Sasuke was also really intelligent at that moment), there is no way he can lose to Hebi Sasuke, and i don't even count Kamui in the equation
The only problem i can see is maybe summons but Sasuke can't control Manda, so it won't make a difference
Current Kakashi is just on another level compared to Hebi Sasuke even without kamui.
In scenario2, it will even be more easier if you ask me. That version of Sasuke was even weaker than Hebi Sasuke since he didn't had CS anymore which helped him to fly, to protect himself, etc. Hebi Sasuke was also smarter. The only advantage he has is Amaterasu which is an instant technique, but Kakashi has Kage Bunshins or Kamui to counter it. Kakashi has in the contrary all the advantages i stated in scenario1, smarter, better in ninjutsu, taijutsu, and if Sasuke doesn't even have Susanoo to protect himself, he is finished. Maybe Kamui is not even needed
