Guys has won 50 time and Kakashi won 49 times. Guy is alot stronger now but Kakashi now has the Mangekyou Sharingan now too. The battle could go either way, they are basically equal.

They are Eternal Rivals for a reason. For every advancement one of them makes, so does the other. They are neck to neck in battle strength. They both have the power to kill the other. It would be a double KO.

Guy wins this most definately. Why?

1. On screen, Guy has never lost a fight, even against extremely powerful opponents like Kisame, who was among the most powerful in Akatsuki. Kakashi could barely hold his own against Kakuzu.

2. Guy has trained himself to combat the Sharingan, a major tool in Kakashi's arsenal.

3. Guy is way too fast to be Kamuid. I doubt Kakashi would even try.

Kakashi wouldn't go down easily, but I just don't think he could defeat Guy. All in all, Guy wins this with high difficulty.

kakashi is smarter than shikamaru, almost as good taijutsu as gai due to sharingan predicting movements, a vast array of offensive and defensive ninjutsu, and kamui. at best gai will just hit a raiton clone then get done in by kamui or chidori to the heart.
