the filler arc showed guren was clearly superior to kakashi given kakashi had to retreat from her and come up with a plan to counter her. with no intel, kakashi would be in a crystal prison in no time with no idea wtf just happened. furthermore her massive crystal prison was sufficient to take on an entire squad of enemies, kakashi included, and her dragon encased the 3 tails bijuu (though it failed since its a chakra monster).

With his recent stamina feats, he can keep raikiri going for as long as he wants, really(well, he would run out of chakra at some point, obviously, but it would take an incredibly long time). If crystal release is all this Guren person is capable of, she's ****ed.

raikiri is just a blade. her crystal constructs are freaking huge and she can keep on making more of them. as well as extremely tough crystal clones. in no time at all he wil be trapped in a crystal prison like hinata was

In the fillers Kakashi didn't use the sharingan...I remember he got combo punched on ground by the other fodder...This filler arc was a shame against Kakashi's character i'm glad it was not canon.

An other point is that Kakashi tried to capture Guren while she was trying to kill kakashi.
Now if sharingan is allowed and Kakashi has intend to kill it will change a lot.

Kakashi should win with difficulty.
