In my eyes kakashi should be able to take out gamabunta without much difficulty, but when I look at both of their abilities, gamabunta seems more powerful. Who wins?

that's what I tell myself, but then I ask myself how exactly does kakashi do this and that's where this thread popped up.

Gama is physically stronger than kakashi. Speed-wise i don't know who is faster, but I might give the advantage to gama because he is able to leap into the clouds. Gama also has his powerful water bullets which are equal to shikaku's air bullets.
Kakashi's raikiri probably won't penetrate gama enough to do any real damage, unless go goes directly for gama's brain. Other than that, he can't warp gama's entire body away with his MS, a piece definitely, but that piece is going to be bigger than anything kakashi has ever tried to warp before. Kakashi's dogs would be pretty much toad food.

Kakashi just needs to concentrate and send a giant hole of Gamabunta to another dimension...immediate advantage
Yes in any ways i dont think Kakashi can lose to Gama bunta in whatever aspect you may think , and Kakashi will pwn Gama Bunta and he knows more jutsu than him and he has advantage in almost most of the important aspects 
I think GamaBunta would win. The reason for this is...cmon look at that guy!
Why do u think Jiraiya, tsunade and orochimaru summons those beast?
Because they can easily whipe out any opponent. Ok kakashi is strong, no doubt about that but what would he do against Gamabunta? That dimension/eye technique? Maybe he could blow away a little, tiny peace of Gamabunta but what then? Kakashi would be really tired after that move and the result of that technique would be that Gamabunta is pissed. And btw, kakashi need to focus a long time to use it. Gamabunta would just jump at insane hight at an insane speed and shoot his water bullets at kakashi. 1bullet KO if u ask me.
If kakashi would use an other technique, which one would have an effect on Gama? Those water techniques would be like a good shower fro Gama. Maybe shidori but how can he hit the Toad Boss? Gamabunta can basicly fly, kakashi is way to slow to follow him. And what would the technique do? Maybe burn Gamabunta a little.
