We already saw this fight! Kakashi isn't fast enough to hit Deva Path during the short interval. To hit the interval he needed the help of choji and his dad, the attack would have hit if the other pein wasn't there to take the hit but remember that was a 3vs1 situation, he needed their help because he knew he couldn't do it alone. Also if the 9 tails couldn't even defeat the deva path then how can Kakashi? is Kakashi stronger then the 9 tails now??? Since that battle we have not seen him acquire any new jutsu, or none that I can recall.

Kakashi will take a few hits but he won´t die and he can kamui deva path.
he knows about the interval so after he does his lightning beast running jutsu, he can kamui his head.

deva is the most powerful path.
Don't jump to such conclusions, in that scenario against those ninja it happened to be very powerful, but if it was faced against an Itachi that could use Amaterasu he would be done and the path that absorbs attacks would prove to be better. The Deva path is good at blocking attacks that take time to hit but when it comes to a continuous damaging jutsu like Amaterasu or maybe Mei's lava and acid it would not be as effective. My belief anyway, that's why he has so many different paths, they all have their strengths and weaknesses and are designed for different purposes. One could argue that the path that can resurrect his other paths is the strongest because as long as that one stands he will never be defeated.

Shinra tensei = counter for amaterasu as seen in manga cannon

It would dispel amaterasu, turn the lava back on mei/ disintegrate it.

Na deva is definitely the strongest. Naruto even calls it the "main pain"

We kinda already saw what had happen'd. But the fact that his MS saved choji in the first place kinda killed him and not the deva path. But in all I think the deva path defeated Kakashi.

Kakashi. He almost killed Deva even when he had Asura as a partner. So Kakashi wins this.
People are saying Deva was holding back, but what's the proof of that? We're talking about someone who said himself: "if i don't kill you now, you can kill me later" If we're seeing it clearly, we can even say that Kakashi was the one who was holding back there. He wanted to kill him without even using Kamui.
