Deva Path would win. Everything Kakashi can do would be and could be pushed away and then that mini moon attack will defeat Kakashi. He has nothing to stop it.

But Kakashi can win if he throws out Kumai. He has become really good with it but Other than that he can't really pull of a win

Interesting...I sort of remember Kakashi getting some help from two very big boys...Kakashi couldn't do it alone remember that

So by saying Kakashi would've defeated Deva path had it not been for the Asura path, then you need to check out how Choji and Choza were helping Kakashi. It was 2 on 3 as well so that just makes it even worse.
