Just stop talking, No one knows who would win, because we know nothing about Darui. Anyone can say, just only on the Jutsu both have performed, that Kakashi would win, but other than that you can't really tell who would win in a real battle.

Just because Darui is from the land of lightning doesn't make him or anybody else from Kumo the best Lightning Element Users.

Ex:Konoha is located in the land of fire but that doesn't mean everybody in the village is an expert Fire release master.
In fact the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th Hokage could not use Fire Release.
Naruto cannot use the Fire Elemental,and Kakashi only uses it in the Anime.
Aside from Itachi, Sasuke, Madara, 3rd hokage, Jiraiya, Asuma, Guy and lee and the past uchiha nobody used Fire release in the entire village.

and your saying Daruio hasn't lived in Kumogakure his whole life, from when he was born. come on its the "Lightning Village", your stupid to think just because Kakashi made a few Jutsu, that he's better than everyone else. I can say that even if Darui hasn't made any Jutsu, he still is the better "Lightning Tech User".

How about I give you an assumption lesson McAfeezy, just because the land they live in is named after a certain elemental nature type dont ASSUME that they are master of that element and that noone is better than them at using it.
Just like my previous post above states that even though its called the land of fire there are not many Fire release users.
