Its hard to say who would win between these two, seen as Kakashi has his sharigan and the 4th Hokage would be able to counter act it. They both know each others moves pretty much so they will be able to read what the the other would do seen as the 4th hokage was the sensei to Kakashi's team when he was a genin. Its pretty much safe to say that either of them could win though Kakashi most likely has the upper hand seen as he's alive and the 4th hokage has died XD

I think if they fought where Kakashi had his MS, Kakashi would put up a good fight considering he was once on a team with Minato and knows of his techniques, although knowing about one's techniques only helps if you have the ability to do something about them. Minato still has this one.
