i first draw out as much wind chakra as i can and i then concentrate that chakra to my whole body and i then mix my particles with the wind
hows that

you done the drawing out part perfectly but you only mixed half your body whit the wind you need to focuse a bit harder know wht you will understand the jutsu better if you try to copy it whit your sharingan ^^
