Story Summary
Five years spent after the Ramapage Of Nine-Tails and Kakashi is 18-19 years old now.
Recently, earthquakes and tsunamis causing unnaturaly disasters to all nations except the Land Of Water and it's ninja village Kirigakure. Sarutobi Hiruzen suspected that Kirigakure must behind these events, so when he is informed that Kirigakure's Cypher Squad is going to a secret meeting with the Lord Of Water, he sends Ibiki and his squad to hunt down and collect all information from them.
In the meantime, a mysterious murderer happened in the Uchiha clan where a family was brutally killed: their eyes were stolen while on the wife who was not an Uchiha but married to one had scars on her body with "traitor" and "Uchiha-lover" marks on her body. The only thing that is left was a hidden message from the Uchiha Husband where a secret location.
Are all of these incidents are merely accidents... or they are all related to something bigger?
It's up to Kakashi, Guy, Aoba, Anko, Asuma, Kurenai, Shisui, Hayate and their new comrade Hyuuga Hokuto to find out the secret behind these acts.

9.Hyuuga Hokuto Naruto = A new character to the movie. His mother was one of the few who bought and read Jiraiya's "The Tale of the Utterly Gutsy Shinobi" and decided to give "Naruto" as a second name to him. His parents died on a mission. Before their death they made a green goggles with "Naruto" written on them as a present to him. Hokuto's hair was similar like Boruto's. His dream was to become the first Hyuuga Hokage and disband the Hyuuga's curse seal so his friends from the branch family would be finally freed.. Before they started their mission, Hokuto saved Naruto from some bandit who wanted his money and showed him the Kage Bunshin No Jutsu that he learned from Hiruzen. Later in the movie he is killed by Tetsuo, Ao and Fuguki, but before he dies he gives his green goggles to Kakashi and asks him to give them to Naruto with a letter where he encourages Naruto to become embrace his dreams and if he wants to be a hero he must have dreams and honor. His corpse was drowned with the sinking Ryugu-jo.
Main Antagonists:
1.Senju Tetsuo = The main antagonist of the movie. A mad senju was once looked up on Butsuma, Tobirama and Hashirama and hated the Uchihas, but after Hashirama made a truce with the Uchihas his respect turned into massive hatred againts Hashirama. Tetsuo couldn't except the truce and when the truce made, he faked his death on a mission to "escapte form the Uchiha village". His hatred for "Hashirama's betrayal" was so immense that he planned Hashirama's death and managed to kill him 2 months before Nawaki's birth (with some dirty tricks). He decided to destroy "Madara's creation" and destroy everything that "Madara and the brainwashed Hashirama did" with a legendary temple's power called as Ryugu-jo, a sacred temple that was created by Otsutsuki Hamura. He used Hashirama's cell and modified his body to live "forever" and decided to using Kirigakure ninjas for his plan. He was killed by the combined effort of Kakashi and Shisui.
2.Ao = he was defeated by Shisui, but Shisui didn't killed him because he felt that Ao may one day save the world.
3.Biwa Juzo = He was killed by the combined effort of Kakashi, Guy and Hokuto.
4.Munashi Jinpachi = He was killed by Asuma.
5.Kushimaru Kuiarare = He was killed by Hayate.
6.Suikazan Fuguki = He was killed by Kisame at the end of the movie.
