no the left eye usually the one for amateratsu but his has kamui and the right eye is usually used for tsukyomi and he doesnt have a sharigan in his right eye

kakashi is lucky for even unlocking kamui since he has no business with a sharingan in the 1st place but to answer your question no he doesnt get those moves sasuke has those abilities most likely because of itachi since he's the one who mostly helped sasuke unlock his ms anyway

Wow so many people on here who don't know what they are talking about. Amateratsu and Tsukuyomi are VERY rare to get. Its either you get them or you don't. I don't want to call it luck but it could be due to bloodlines. Amateratsu is from the left eye and Tsukuyomi is from the right eye. Sasuke's is reversed for some reason unexplained. But that's how the mythology goes anyway.
