jus wondering why kishi let him have kamui but not one of the main jutsus your suppose to get with the mangekyo sharigan . i think its weird anyone else ?

yea but i was reading a thread that stated that for him to get susanoo you need both eyes . so to my knowledge his one eye should have one of the ocular jutsus

MS are all different. Tobi doesn't have an Amaterasu. His MS ability is his S/T tech

No because each ms has it's own unique ability's.. However, You must have both eyes to have amaterasu, tsukuyomi and susanoo, or be a direct blood line of the uchiha!

IMO, he doesn't need it, and Amaterasu is like a signature move for the Uchiha brothers, and Tsukoyomi is like Itachi's ace. Kakashi is pretty much balanced to what he is now.
Besides, I think not all MS/EMS have Amaterasu and Tsukoyomi.
