how is it kakashi knws about susano, tsukuyumi, and ametarasu, when he has never seen anyone else sasuke doing it
im pretty sure he had never countered another sharingan except for itachi and sasuke but itachi had never used susanoo,
is it safe to say he is able to use susanoo???!!??

No. You have to have ms sharingan in both of your eyes to activate susanoo. Also madara said activating susanoo is a rarity.

Btw, what chapter are you referring to that he knows about Susanoo? Other than the possibility of reading the tablet, Kakashi is very well versed in all sorts of ninja-related knowledge. He did say that Rinnegan was a mutation, so that implies he didn't learn about it from the tablet, but through modern rumor.
