Itachi is a natural at using the Sharingan, He put Kakashi in the hospital the first time they fought, Second time He had Naruto and the Great Rasengan to save the day. Kakashi is good with the Sharingan but He is way behind Itachi in the way its used, not to mention on How long He can use it before He needs a Hospital Bead.
