Gai could get Kakashi in gates Technique but i doubt Kakashi could get Gai on Kamui since Gai is so damn fast.​

Gain isnt smart, kakashi can very easy outsmart him, like let him attack and when he is right in the kakashi face, he can use Kamui point blank, that would work with any kind character that is a "close combat type".

Btw Kamui is one of the most powerful tec. kind like amaterasu, it dont "fly over" from point to point, it just hit the target instantly as the user aim it, so i would say kamui is very fast, the user who controls it only have to follow the tagert with his eyes, that tec can very much screw anyone, im not sure about mandara, i think he can also do it, since he can teleport himself and others, so mandara could easy aim and telerpot some body parts, like he could aim to :sasuke: head and teleport it to :naruto: butt, lol bingo, :sasuke: die without head, same goes to Gai.

btw, if this is possible, then mandara dont need any other power, for instance, he could teleport parts of all "kages" to differnt places, so the war is over, very easy for him, but it wont happen.

I believe that once kakashi dominate this technique. he will also be able to teleport.

actually it doesn't take any time to activate, it only take time to collect chakra and as kakashi get better, he does it faster and faster, as he did in the pein fight, so in theory he can collect chakra before engaging anyone.

Though gai has the gates,he has only taijutsu.Sharingan slowdowns the movement for the user giving him enough time to think and attack.My other point is that Kakashi is more accurate and clever than gai.But still it would be a great battle
