He has lots of tecs but dose not has the pools of chakra to use them and Thats why i like him, Kakashi is the most balenced charecter in naruto.

He is a smart battle strategist and powerfull enough to give even the strongest of ninja's a hard time in a fight and he is Considerd a kage lvl ninja, i think that's enough to describe him.

And i dont give a damn if he is not the most powerfull charecter in the serieas, he still rocks.

No you can't compare minato and itachi minato is on his own level he beat tobi/Madara in a very short time and sealed the 9 tails and remember itachi is scared of Tobi and what he could do, and as for kakashi he is no where near the level as minato.kakashi is strong and got skills but not in the same level as itachi and minato

I think kakashi the only part where kakshi looses is with the amount of chakra he can output, other than that i think he's on par with itachi and minato. The potential is always there when it comes to kakashi.

In terms of intellect i think he's on par with them but his lack of chakra is always going to be his short fall Kishi has limited Kakashi on purpose otherwise he would continue to improve his skills at an alarming rate possibly surpassing even the Uchiha at using the sharingan but with the draw back of his chakra his growth can be stunted and controlled.

Also he didn't surpasses any of the konoha eleven in what they did best if you insist i can give u proof and those achievement of kakashi you mention pales in comparism to what minato & itachi achieved infact he can't surpass them in a century
