kakashi is no doubt one of the strongest ninjas and prodigy, but hes still not at the level of minato. but hes close to itachi

He will surpassed Minato soon after he get FTG and i believe kakashi will have a combine Kamui with FTG

And Itachi he surpassed him after he got MS
