The most underrated is Nagato but yeah DMS Kakashi is underrated as well .
Obito with Jiubi and DMS without the intangibility nerf would be only second to full powered Kaguya .

Both Naruto and Sasuke defeat DMS Kakashi with medium difficulty at most. Kakashi powers are great but his stamina is weak. He will have to end the fight quickly. Both Naruto and Sasuke have to much in their full arsenal to defeat him with.


Also Kakashi is the best.
