Anyways, I don't think that's gonna happen, since Kishi hinted that Kakashi would become the Sixth Hokage. It seems, Naruto not only restored Kakashi's vision, but also transferred a good amount of lifeforce to him, thus allowing him to use such an eye technique that requires a lot of chakra to use.

OT: He unlocked MS when he killed Rin at the same time that Obito did when he watched the event. Kakashi never used it because he probably forgot he even had it (fainted right after)
Also Kakashi was a pretty good fighter with just one sharingan, I'm not surprised that he was able to pull this off.

Lastly, obito told him this power may expire (New gift)
I hope he meant the susano so he can keep the sharingan..forever and be a badass.
