Kakashi much smarter than jiraiya

Did anyone see and realise how quickly kakashi figured out pains secret and his abilities?

Way faster than jiraiya, with the sage toad helping him too, who is smart also.

I find it quite weird though that jiraiya had trouble getting to them, and so is kakashi, and that fatass comes along and just squishes him with ease, and hes like...a chuunin or something??

Just seems really...crap.

Also i hate the way kakashi says "did jiraiya take on 6 of him?"

well...he didnt...he took on 3.

By the time the 6 appeared he was just sitting on a rock with his barrier up and got pwned.

so he didnt FIGHT against the 6, he saw them and got pwned, he fought against 3.

First of all, I have to say that you r right that Kakashi is smarter than Jiraiya. But I don't agree on all what u have said. Kakashi already heard everything from fukasaku. He is concluding acc. to what he already knows from Jiraiya.

Jiraiya ACTUALLY fought 6 after all. They appeared after he killed three of them, later 6 arrived and end to Jiraiya.

He was better than we expect him to be, but unfortunately he was alone, had no information about Pein. And as Kakashi stated, it's not possible to fight Pein one-on-one.

Anyway Fukasaku told Kakashi about the shared vision thing, so he doesn't get any points for that. And the Sharingan allows Kakashi to see Pein's techniques in a 'behind the scenes' manner. He can see how Pein manipulates chakra, and also where it is coming from, so it's no huge feat of intelligence for Kakashi to figure out the push/pull technique.

You're right though, about the fatty on fatty action.. I guess Pein sucks without his super vision, eh?

Eh they're both pretty smart. don't forget that pain never used that technique on J-man when they fought.

much smarter? not really. kakashi already knew some of pain's abilities thanks to jman. as someone said, kakashi was not figuring out anything himself, just remembering the info pa gave him and connecting it with the situation. also understanding push/pull technique, doesnt require intelligence or sharingan or anything for that matter, as someone mentioned. if i were pulled, i wud have realized i am being pulled. still long long way to go from solving pain's secret and all his abilities. but he(kakshi) hinted something, "there is sth fishy abt him(pain)".

as for choji, i am sure demon realm wud find its feet again. its not out yet. it was just a surprise attack from above which pain's shared vision didnt cover. 2 pain bodies were covering 360 around(X-Y plane) them, but not above(Z Plane) them.

so many wrong things in your post. in fact your whole post is wrong/stupid. kakashi didn't figure anything out exept at the end. if you go back and READ, he was having fukasaku flashbacks telling him about the rinnegan.

and for chouji and his father. his father is probly a jounin and chouji is a chuunin. well lets see, shikamaru is a chuunin and he STILL killed hidan. and it doesn't matter how powerful you are in terms of ranks. its how you perform jutsu. look at tsunade vs kabuto. yeah...........

i agree he only REALLY fought 3 bodies, but by the time 6 came out, jiraiyas arm was blown off. so how could he fight?!?!?!? Pein said himself, if jiraiya knew our secret he would have been able to deal with all our 6 bodies. soooooo, check your FRICKIN sources you moron before you start smashin jiraiya.

your so bent on putting jiraiya down, i don't know why. do you hate him? your having trouble admitting that jiraiya was like, THEE most badass good ninja around. the only reason pein killed him was because, he knew all jiraiya's weanesses and he's IMMORTAL!

Did you just rush through the manga? Fukasaku told Kakashi everything about Pain. Read page 10.

Besides, I didn't know that an anti Jiraiya person existed, lol. The man was probably the coolest manga character ever.

yeah i agree with others. i am sorry but this post doesnt have that much of a merit. bcos clearly u were hasty reading it. just want to add sth abt jman fight.

jman didnt knew anything abt pain and his abilities before fight. had he known pain has 6 bodies earlier, he wudnt have turned his back on pain after 'killing' the 3 bodies and wudnt have his arm blown off in the process. we wud have seen a different fight then, although jman could still have ended up losing. or he may have caught all 6 bodies in genjutsu. who knows.

nobody knows pains secrets or his jutsus, and the code breaking didnt allow fukasaku to say anything relevant, he just said theres 6 of them.

So actually kakashi figured everything out a lot smarter.

Its not that im hellbent on dissing jiraiya, i just get bored of everyone worshipping jiraiya, jiraiya even said himself he wants to die for the future generation to exceed his abilities, so it makes sense for kakashi to be better.

Kakashi is definitely sannin level.

Fukusaku explained to Kakashi the secret behind Pains linked visions with the other Pains. And that each one of them can only use 1 technique.

Kakashi didn't find out about it all by himself. he just remembered Fukusaku telling him ealier on, and now he's taking it into his advantage.

Not saying that Jiraiya is smarter, he had help from Fukusaku. But still he noticed that each of them only used 1 technique, and he also noticed that something was different with their field of vison even before Fukusaku told him about it.

hello, i think u have missed sth. here are the reasonings that can correct ur understanding.

some common sense stuff:
1) first of all, if u expect kishi would explicitly describe the battle experience by pa frog to tsunade (or any other incident that needs past reference in the manga for that matter) all over again, then the manga u r reading right now, wud have taken 2 more years from now to get to us.
2) why on earth pa frog wudnt tell any of his experience that he learned at the cost of jiraiya's life, to konoha when konoha is in great danger of facing that man. doesnt make any sense at all. in fact its stupid if we dont get it.

now some logic:
1)jman asked ma-pa to convey all the info to tsunade.
