This is a tough one both are my fav but Jiraya is Jiraya he is great at ninjutsu, Taijutsu and senjutsu and toad summonings

But Kakashi has ninjutsu, taijutsu and MS

There both smart but i think Kakashi wins this one because of speed, if he stops jiraya from going into sage. But if Jiraya goes into sage hes to fast and strong for kakashi. I say a Draw
