I do somewhat agree, his development has been somewhat weary
but he's still about in his early 30's.

Master jiraya with all his wisdom and knowledge deceased
at the age of 54, the kages; Tsunade, A, Onoki have quite the age
on him by now. Excluding Mei and Gaara of which I believe
he can give them a good match.

He is the sensei of the soon to be world [Legend] Naruto Uzumaki
that has a nice ring to it.

We have limited knowledge of Kakashi's youth. He graduated
from the academy at an early age and became a jonin level
ninja by the age of 13 and later joined ANBU.

However we don't know how long it took him to completely
master his sharingan, from the First part of naruto he was barely
able to use the sharingan in one battle without later collapsing.

In part 2 we were able to see that he can use his sharingan up to
one day straight, he has somehow learned MS and his technique kamui.

Remember he can copy any jutsu as long as it's not a bloodline trait
so his arsenal is forever expanding, as one of the few shinobi left
that have a sharingan he is surely to be forever developing.

You're kinda right. In the 2 and a half years between part 1 and part 2 when no Icha Icha novel was released he awakened the mangekyo but Jiraiya return with a sequel and he never developed beyond that, then Jiraiya dies and we see lightning clone, lightning chain, lightning hound.

Im agreeing that kakashi is great and i already stated that the book part was a jk , although the years naruto left he got better and when he got the new series he stay at one level until the pain and war arc

Teamwork, for example if there are 5 shinobi and its a 4v1 battle, well you can say "That wasn't fair! He had to fight 4 people!" Not fair? Pft, there are no rules in the ninja world. My point is I disagree with you. I beleive Kakashi could kill Sasuke with a flick of the wrist. What do I have to back this up? Well Kakashi was going to be elected as Hokage, so he had to be atleast on par with the other Hokage, and Onoki could have taken care of Sasuke like it was nothing.

In that fight against kakazu and hidan i agree , ino and choji weren't help but apart from that , kisame would beat him , ok and when he saved kurenai that was his only highlight , if kurenai wasnt there the only clip would be kakashi knocked out and kisame carrying him to the base .... diedara didnt bring along enough clay ... even sasuke bearly survived a proper fight with him and sasuke back then is stronger than kakashi now ..... apart from that what has he done except get wacked but tobi - if it was a blade - death in a second

kakashi's only fall back from being wat ppl on here call kage lvl is his chakra base... and for the record... kage is just a title and not a lvl of power... because kakashi was hokage for about two or three minutes/days watever u want to call it, and then replaced by tsunade when she woke up, even though he has no where near the power of some of the other kages seen fighting throughout the series... other than his low chakra lvl, he has great speed, fighting skill/prowess, and some jutsu's that will just obliterate almost anyone who they hit... but that is the way he fights... he is a one hitter quiter... he hides in the shadows... hits u with a kill shot and walks away

He hasnt stopped i think he's peaked,he's learnt all there is that he's capable of learning let alone execute.all he can do now is develop and strengthen what he already has.
And to further mentor naruto and mold him into the man kakashi would be if he had naruto's chakra level.cool thing about it! He wants naruto to be the man he knows he can be and reach his potential as hokage and one of the strongest shinobi in history!
