Kakashi is kage level not only does Konoha aknowledge this but so do all the other kage go back and read the ending of the kage summit and you will see what I mean if Tsunade was still in a coma he would be hokage now. He was nominated ahead of Danzo but he got rawted in that instance, he has an intelect equal to Shikamaru, his taijutsu is as good as Gai's and he can do primary lotus, he can use MS and kamui is a mean tech by the way, he can use his sharingan superbly for a non Uchiha. There is only 2 things that could possibly hold him back from being a great hokage and that is 1)he doesn't have a great chakra reserve or stamina and 2)he doesn't want to be a hokage.

Atasuki acknowledge him... but look at his outcomes in those battles
i think yall dont get what im saying ... he's honestly strong but no match for kages or s class ninjas .... probably could give some of them a run for their money

Vs Kakuzu/Hidan he had to save Chouji/Ino/Shikamaru from the electrical blast, wasting a lot of his chakra. Vs Sasuke he was going to kill him before Sakura hindered him. Vs Deva Path he had developed the plan to beat him and had it executed perfectly, but plot no jutsu kicked in and somehow that other path managed to move after getting smashed to what should have been little bits by the 2(arguably) strongest characters in the series in Chouji and Chouza. He's now currently a General of the shinobi army and was the biggest factor(along with Gai) in taking out the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist.

If you wanna go back to part 1 -

Vs Zabuza he had to worry about Team 7 and Tazuna. After he no longer had them to worry about he slapped Zabuza around like little bitch. He was ready to take Kabuto on, but he ran from him and vs Itachi he had to save Kurenai's useless ass(although he wasn't going to beat Itachi regardless, having her be so useless didn't help things).

He's more than made a name for himself..

Some of his jutsu do use up alot of his chakra but they are his biggest and most powerful not all of his jutsu's drain a shit load of chakra he held his own against Hidan and Kakazu without even using his MS he was just using his standard jutsu's.

In that fight against kakazu and hidan i agree , ino and choji weren't help but apart from that , kisame would beat him , ok and when he saved kurenai that was his only highlight , if kurenai wasnt there the only clip would be kakashi knocked out and kisame carrying him to the base .... diedara didnt bring along enough clay ... even sasuke bearly survived a proper fight with him and sasuke back then is stronger than kakashi now ..... apart from that what has he done except get wacked but tobi - if it was a blade - death in a second

No, he's not better than the people you listed(though currently with the stamina increase he's received he'd give Kakuzu a run for his money). However, on a tier list he'd rank a mid-kage level. The people you listed, aside from Kakuzu, are high-kage to god like-tier. So no, he's not on their level.

He disposed of Fuguki pretty easily by himself, then Sai sealed him. That's the only instance where he's fought someone by himself, if you can even count that. I wouldn't really count Pain either as people arrived halfway through it. Though he figured out his abilities which was one of the biggest advantages Naruto had in fighting Pain.

Anyway, I think you're underrating current Kakashi and overrating young Kakashi. Yeah, as a kid he had lots of potential, but hearing you talk about it I'd almost think his potential was through the roof. It wasn't. He learned a thousand jutsus, has even gained the MS and mastered it as a non-Uchiha. Keep in mind the incredible chakra drain of using the MS as a non-Uchiha, and if you then look at how current Kakashi is doing in the War, to me he didn't disappoint for one bit.

All i talked bout is his potential when he was younger , copied a thousand jutsu lets get that right ,to me he disappoints, if anyone dies , it might be kakashi from konoha i mean but yea
i didnt like his fight with zabuza and i thought his chain chidori was cool but nothing more than that really impressed me
