Madara has his dimentional transfer/warp ability. Its like a better version of Kamui, and Madara can also retrieve things/people from this pocket dimension. Kakashi has yet to be able to do this. On top of Madara dosen't seem to fatigue when doing small transfers, where as Kakashi gets tore up, has to build up chakra ect.

That isn't a ms technique. Danzo used it to. You just need a sharingan or uchiha dna and senju dna. Then after use the sharingan goes away.

Zat is because Kakashi is not an Uchiha and the Sharingan takes more out of him, also Kakashi has very low chakra reserves.
