Kabuto = Putting somebody's dna in me makes me someone

Orochimaru = Eww

Madara = Hmmm...

I myself would put him on the same level as Itachi and Nagato, behind Sasuke and Gaara, and ahead of the others. Shit, Orochimaru is hardly even written.

Guess someone doesn't know the meaning of "well written". You don't have to like any of them for various reasons, but all of them are better written than Kakashi.

Sasuke, Madara, Pain, Deidara, Sasori, Itachi, Gaara, Neji, and Orochimaru are better than he is.

Kakashi doesn't do anything so he is far from the best, but since we have opinions then you can think that on your own.
