he is pretty useless without Obito sharingan

I agree with everything you said apart from this. Obito didn't have pure talent, he was a total dropout who became OP courtesy of one eye technique that he never worked for.

He was low jounin before he got the Sharingan. He had only lightning element at that time since he said he tried putting his element into Rasengan but couldn't so made chidori. He learned earth and water elements and said learning an element was hard to do. He also improved his knowledge, experiences, and skills. Plus the K11 are all Chunin level but Naruto, Sasuke, and Neji (Sakura has Kage power and reserve with Yin seal but her other stats are high Chunin level).

Part 1 Kakashi let himself go, he said this right before training Sasuke for the month and Shippuden Kakashi is a more honed Kakashi since he knows he'll have to face enemies such as Akatsuki or Orochimaru's forces. MS put Kakashi on Kage level, 3T didn't really change Kakashi's level to such extent since Itachi said Kakashi can't use the Sharingan as a true Uchiha. 3T did more for Sasuke than it would for Kakashi.

what you posted here doesn't give him credit without Obito sharingan

earth and water elements are basic almost every fodder can use it

if you re read the manga again since part one will know that the sharingan was the reason why kakashi is learning so fast

Obito has S level katon , strong genjutsu to the level he killed an akatsuki member with it

kamui ( so op ) and the speed and finally he has PS with his sharingan
and thats why kakashi used and lost it when Obito eyes are gone

Compare Kakashi to any current shinobi and he's pretty much on their level or above in terms of senses, versatility and experience. He still has access to his lightning jutsu, earth jutsu, and clones - and he's an expert at using clones.

Outsmarting itachi, hacking kaguya dimensions, trolling others, using kakashi to lift curse mark, using kamui to come back from death, his skill with TSB and as juubi jin overall, his other jutsus mixed with kamui.

Its not just eye, he has talent.

Why do people think Kakashi is such a weakling without the Sharingan? He still has access to over a thousand jutsu and an s-rank jutsu, somewhat genius intellect, and actual feats. Kakashi is kage level.

Edit : Also Kakashi has beaten Obito, the ninja who soloed half the narutoverse. Obito is definitely above kage level.

He was made jonin at war since konoha lacked some captains.

His 1000 jutsu is weak argument since he has weak stamina.

He beaten obito who needed his heart pieced to lift the mark?

....they are called the 5 basic elements, Jounins usually have 2 elements and Kakashi have 3. Kakashi had to learn to use the Sharingan so him using it was still his skills which Itachi did praise him on while also saying he can't use it as well as a true Uchiha. Kakashi had other jutsus, Rikari is the only one he created, other ones would be ones he learned. He graduated the ninja Academy at 5 and became a Chunin at 6, if anything getting the Sharingan caused him to be weaker since he had to learn how to use it then learned 2 other elements since you need to be able to use the element to copy jutsus from that element.

If Kakashi doesnt has sharingan then he is not kakashi from naruto universe. Characters are based on who they are and what they have. Your "kakashi" version is just as low as u, ok?
Also not using what you have is just stupid. He doesnt has bloodline to support his eye but still manages to ultilize it's max level. If he has bloodline in theory then gg, god of uchiha.... But if he doesnt has sharingan then he will grow in different way, with his talent, he can max any professional at ease, since there is no mana tap.
One more thing without hashi's meat then ur fav is just a fodder that died long time ago. How do you feel then ? Hashi's meat is the father of all solo god ?
