Kakashi doesnt have any chakra left to sense that's why naruto cant sense him. so forget about kakashi dead. So, sure, Naruto is strong right now and the chakra sensory is a lil odd since he never had a talent for it before but Naruto was around Kakashi quite a bit and it could be just like a cat can tell the smell of its owner in a room or on furniture. Also, who is to say that Naruto is really all that strong.. hasn't it be said too many times that alone each of the pein bodies aren't really that strong?

the thing is:
when Sandaime died, we didn't see him going to the ''other world'' and talking with someone important to him. ( ok he used death god jutsu so he wud die anyways )

When Jiraiya died, we didn't see him going to the ''other world'' and talking with someone important to him.. ( he was in sage mode and fukasaku said sage mode will regenerate faster than normal and Jiraiya was injured badly )

they both only had FLASHBACKS

but kakashi..
he had some flashbacks.. ( about obito only and he said sorry rin and sorry master nothing else )
but THEN we saw HIM going to the '' OTHER WORLD '' and seeing his dad and talking to him..
soo there REAALLY is something fishy about this.. i mean, why kakashi ? and why not the same with Jiraiya ?

my guess... so far to be honest we NEVER saw Kakashi in REAL ACTION besides Zabuza and Kakuzu.. and ofcourse this pain fight.. which didn't even last long...

We will get to see the ''real'' Kakashi soon enough i bet!
