Kamui rakiri is like the perfect attack, phase thru an enemy's defenses while doing the most damage possible with a raikiri that's almost impossible to defend against. If you don't have a rinnegan/preta path the attack has almost no counter. He definitely is top tier with his current set of abilities.

1. the mere attack "kamui raikiri" makes 0 sense.
2. Naruto and Sasuke still shit on Kakashi
3. Kakashi for the next 10-20 minutes is Kage level.

1. Ppl are crazy and way too biased if they can't see how devastating that move is. it's a raikiri that can't be defended against.

War arc Kakashi is med-high kage level. His kamui feats are too great. He showed his kamui abilitie at its max when he warped the gedo mazo's arm faster than Madara's kuchiyose (wich is an ST jutsu). So, warping an object as big as the gedo mazo's arm (like 5 times a human body) faster than an instant teletransportation jutsu (summoning) is a great feat, that puts him on the high kage level rank, because almost nobody has a counter to an atack of that magnitude, almost instant + very powerful (Kamui snipe ) PLUS you musn't forget his intelligence (personally the smartest character when it comes to battle anallysis) and his other feats like keeping up with 4 v2 jins by himself.
Current Kakashi? Is Demi-god level. If you think other wise then stop reading the manga.
DMS Kakashi is a character that:
-Can't be touched by the enemie (intangibility). How do you plan to hurt him if you cant even touch him
-Has a flying PS (this gives him a hughe power boost in strenght and speed)
-His classic Kamui snipe (on of the most OP jutsu on the NV) and Kamui shurikens that allow him to use kamui simultaniously on 3 targets.
-A speed feat of blitzing Kaguya (Kaguya couldn't even react to his Kamui raikiri)
lol this thread is a joke.. "he hasn't beaten anyone". That is the worst argument i've ever seen. Who has Danzo beaten? Oh he hasn't beaten anyone important, so yeah Danzo is fodder, his KA and Izanagi are not important since he hasn't beaten any strong opponents.
