Kakashi have MS or EMS

Well Kakashi's sharingan cant be turned off because he is non-uchiha and it was transplanted activated ... but how is he able to turn on/off MS ?!
Also his MS looks like EMS too me ... it can easily be two designs together.

well it is common sense if you understand how the sharingan works.
The sharingan is activated when uchiha blood circulates the blood vessels of the eye, thus activating it.
Kakashi is able to use sharingan becuase the blood is always been circulated inside the eye, even when covered up. If he finds a way to deactivate it he will loose it permanently, because the blood will just coagulate and his eye will loose light.
He is able to use MS because he overuses the blood inside the eye, but the exertion of the blood causes him extreme fatigue.
He is not able to use EMS because it is necessary to have a related uchiha blood in the company of the eye.

(This is medically speaking, but it may be incorrect. just don't bash, is an anime anyway, if he has MS or EMS will not impact are life)

lol I will add one rep for you sure for trying to using logic and science.
First off will need oxygen in the eye for it to survive so it is connected to the rest of the body or the eye will die, that disproves your theory of blood. Second no one stated that EMS can only be activated by an Uchiha, it was believed that only Uchiha clan can have sharigan but then Kakashi came along.

And I am not bashing I just like to argue

Let's state it like this.
1. We are sure he has an MS.
2. We are not sure he can awaken EMS (although Madara said he can't, we cannot take madara as an expert/truthful guy)
3. He has little chakra, so even if he has EMS, he might not use if often or even at all.
4. He is intelligent, thus could have gotten some secret behind how to awaken MS.
5. This intelligence could lead him to how to awaken EMS other than the rogue method.
6. He might desire to awaken EMS simply to prove a non uchiha can (before he awakened MS, we didn't know it was possible for non Uchiha's).
7. I got to take a rest, I'll let Kishi decide.

I think you all think too narrow spaced. IT is always a posibility that kakasi (Being as smart s he is) found a way to unlock EMS. You should remember that you cant trust what Madara sais. And it is posible that some secrets of sharingan is not even clear for madara himself.

Even though you may think Madara is a liar and lied about his EMS, Itachi said it too about EMS saying the same words as Madara about the EMS.
Back to the topic: Kakashi doesn't have an EMS because he hasn't a sibling where to get it from, also Kakashi could have get it only from a MS user and the only known MS users were Itachi and now it's Sasuke there's no one else.

Kakashi obviously has the mangekyo sharningan not ems, the only person in the serious so far to aquire ems that i know of is madara and hes on a whole diff level than anyone else in the ninja world right now really

There's been threads about different theories as to who Tobi is (I'm sure this is who you're implying when you mention "how do you know thats madara") but in reality the manga has yet to say that Tobi isn't Madara so right now he is Madara
