I haven't played all the games so i'm not sure.

But manga feats only, Kakashi wins with mid-high difficulty at most.

Kakashi has almost full knowledge about his opponent, while the latter doesn't.

Futhermore Kakashi implied he was about to Kamui Kakazu even if Naruto didn't arrive.

Since then Kakashi has had better feats. While Kakazu hasn't.
