The spikes will hit you and leave you incapable of combat, let alone resistance. Remember you would be conjuring the water in front of you, so your own vision of me is blocked by the water you have just created. This will undoubtedly hinder your chances of a good reaction. Also, I will kindly remind you that you are currently vomiting water so you can't really call upon a jutsu that requires hand seals or stuff of the sort. Your focus is also on finishing releasing your water so chances are you won't react in time. If you try to go for the explanation of 'I sense the disturbance on the ground', I will have to shoot you down. You are vomiting huge amounts of water into the ground. You wouldn't be able to discern between the disturbances, as the water hitting the water would create more and you will simply take it by what it is not; a disturbance created by the water hitting the ground. Hearing the spikes protrude is also out of the equation, as the sound of the gushing water will overwrite the sound emitted by the spikes, which is minimal.
As soon as I swing my arm, I begin to move backwards while simultaneously forming one hand seal. Immediately after, I release a powerful lightning blast that travels at huge speeds. Descripton: The user after performing the hand seal snake emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands whilst kakuzu lightning mask emits it from its mouth, which then pierces the enemy. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.
Lastly, I clap my hands on the ground, causing a chunk of ground to rise from the ground, effectively putting me beyond the reach of your now electrified water.
