Also, Kakashi is still too pro. Even without his sharingan he is still stronger then 98% of the nin in the series.
He doesn't need to be as strong as Hashirama or Tobirama, its been stated by Madara that the current generation is much weaker then the previous, and its true to an extent.
Will Kakashi be like Hashirama or Tobirama, I doubt it, but I believe he will be as good as Hiruzen, Minato and Tsunade.
Minato recognized Kakashi's talent from when he was young, and Guy, who is argueably the strongest regular ninja in the leaf, still recognizes kakashi as his rival. Don't sleep on kakashi just cuz he don't have no sharingan.

He is still maturing. Just because he no longer has a sharingan doesn't mean he is weak. Nor does it mean he is done learning new techniques and jutsu. There is a time skip in the movie in which he has ample time to learn jutsu, maybe even some sealing or possibly even a sage mode of some sort. You never know.

I think Kakashi will make a great hokage...but I am somewhat biased in my opinion as he is my fav

The chakra for Susanoo comes from the brain of an Uchiha.. Madara using a wireless Susanoo was due to that, Itachi using a Susanoo despite having MS activated was due to that, is Kakashi an Uchiha? I don't think so, therefore do not give Kakashi a feat that so far only two Uchiha have shown.

Sorry but this power was only temporary. Do you really think that he is on par with Minato? No way in hell. He has only a chance against Tsunade or old Hiruzen but not with Minato, haschi or Tobirama. Also, his sharingan is gone. Sure he has more chakra but Kamui & Susanno is gone. And no, how the hell will you use these kind of abilities without the eyes.
