He had to wait over multiple chapters to build up enough chakra to escape.

I don't expect him to learn it before series is over though,more of an after the fact thing once he gets to train with it long enough now that he knows that its possible for himself to do it too.

No he doesn't he even points out that he doesn't.He just knows how to use the minimal amount needed to get the job done.And uchiha do not have high chakra levels by default that have STRONG chakra and yes there is a difference and for that whole 25 hours thing you talking about it wasn't just off his reserves alone.He used up his chakra and then had time to heal inside kurama while on his back then he was given some more chakra right before he was thrown in the dimension,he then got out and was thrown back in like three chapters later and has been there until just now.
So..........yeah Tim Jaminon has no idea what he is talking about

It hasn't killed anyone, but it can kill people.

Because all he has to do is focus the warp point over a vital area, like the head or the heart, and that part will be forcibly ripped from the rest of that person's body.

Basically he would have killed Deidara if he was as experienced with the Kamui then as he is now.
