no that wasn't rin. her name was Yūgao Uzuki and she was in kakashi's squad along with tenzo (yamato) when kakashi was an ANBU.guys how do you know rin s dead. infact i remember seeing her mourning with kakashi for obito in the first naruto series.

you are probably talking about rin, she is most likely dead, (kakashi once said, "everyone I cared about has already been killed")
or you are talking about a girl from filler. there were two occasions
one of them was in the old series "naruto" episode 101. in that episode the girl had a crush on kakashi at the end of episode.
other one was a filler from shippuuden, a singer was coming to konoha to spy on them. etc.
in the end, right now there isn't any girl (at least we know about) that kakashi has a crush.
