From what we've seen and know, the only one who would seem like a challenge in the Ino-Shika-Cho group would be Shikaku. But then again they are the previous Ino-Shika-Cho. Obviously they'd have supreme combination attacks and formations especially with Shikaku as the brains behind them.

I don't know. My gut tells me Kakashi, Gai, and Yamato

kakashi and guy working together will take out anybody, they would be competing to see who can kill the most out of the three. yamato wouldn't even want to get in this fight, guy would take him out by accident with the power of youth
