I think they will make it in to OVA's it would be great!!!!!
But I think they will wait with it, until we learn more about Madara and Tobi. If the Obito Tobi theory would be true, then they will wait with the Kakashi Gaiden eps, as to not spoil some future Manga episodes.

I doubt that they will make a movie from it, since all the prev movies, were not actually related to the manga plot. That is why I think that they will make them un to the OVA's
