You can't really compare them too much since they both went through a different event even though it is some what similar since they both lost what was most important too them.
I'm gonna say Sasuke was much worse then Kakashi (Maybe it's because I hate the guy and I love Kakashi, but seriously....) Kakashi was this stuck-up guy who wanted nothing but the rules to be followed, but just like Neji, he was fighting against it at the same time. He kept his father's white chakra blade even though 'ninja aren't suppose to have emotion'. In a way, he was defying his own lesson to himself. Kakashi believed in his father no matter how he tried to hide it. Why else would he keep the sword? If he truly hated the White fang, he would have probably thrown it aside or only use it as a tool, not as a momento....
Sasuke... He's also stuck-up and he was slowly changing when he met Naruto... But then he just went over to the dark-side.... I understand he went through a lot, but he's turning his back on the village....>.>....
Both of them were a bit cold hearted and a lot arrogant. Thinking about it, they're really kinda the same... (I can't believe I'm saying this but...) Sasuke might actually have been a bit more caring since he (even though made fun of Naruto in the way of life), he would run in to save his friends just like in the Zabuza arc. Kakashi didn't really seem to care one way or the other for his teammates... but we never really got to see much about him when he was younger so I should just shut up right about now.... (Sorry Kakashi....)
Doesn't change the fact that I'm against Sasuke 100 percent though.... At least Kakashi changed into someone strict... Sasuke changed into this...this... I'm not gonna say anything....
