Seriously you are underestimating Konoha 11.
I'll split up the fights.
Kakashi vs Neji , Shino and Shikamaru.
Gai vs R.Lee , Chouji , Kiba and Sai.
Yamato vs Sakura , Hinata , Tenten , Ino.
Konoha 11 win with low / med diffulty.

LOL Konoha 11, I just dont see how 3 strong Jounin could beat 9 Chuunin +1 ANBU +1 Jounin, just to hard to do, even if it is Kakashi Gai and Yamato, also, maybe its just me but Yamato isnt all that great to me

Konoha 11 take this, i mean its 11 against 3 not exactly fair then to top it off shikamaru is in their and sai who is practically yamato level and i think neji is a jounin now

Gai alone wins. neji lee and tenten were helpless before kisame but gai went toe to toe in base.
kakashi chidori's sakura in the heart before she flanks the jounins with sleep gas.
gai goes 5 gates and punches shika and ino's heads off.
gai goes 7 gates and takes out neji and shino. gates were meant to be the counter to nejis gentle fist so yeah.
yamato will deal with survivors with his mokuton. he seemed fairly confident he could kill sasuke who lolstomped naruto sakura and sai moments beforehand.
we found out the gap in ability already. ino and chouji were helpless before kakazu but kakashi took him on evenly and might have won if naruto didnt arrive, via kamui.
kakashis not a regular jounin. he was gonna be selected hokage but tsunade woke up.
same with gai. the man who defeated kisame taken out by some pathetic chunins? i dont think so. the only real threat to the jounins is shika's intelligence. once hes out, its a mopup.
