let me start with the flaw.
This involves kamui.
@ the start of shippuden it took kakashi about 1 episode to prepare kamui, and he coult hardly absorb deidara's chest.
Then his mastery of the jutsu improved drastically in the next episode where he absorbed a suicide clone explosion from deidara, without preparing kamui. He recieved hospitalisation as a penalty for this henious crime.
After being replaced by a dissapointing copy of hashirama, kakashi fights hidan and kakuzu, with the support of team shikamaru. He does not use kamui, even though they had more than one episode to prepare it. He could have tried to remove deidara's or kakuzu's head or chest, more effective than a raikiri. He didnt use kamui in the entirety of the fight, but he was about to use it to survive kakuzu removing his heart.
Fast forward to kakashi vs tendo. Kakashi created 1 clone, used 2 raikirs, and a lighting dog, a petty doton and then he died after using 2 instances of kamui, on a nail and a small missile. He had used up al his chackra. I still think that kakashi should have tried to one shot tendo with kamui, instead of trying to use raikir when they had tendo trapped.
Fast forward to the ninja war. Kakashi used raikir on haku and some fodder techs on the 7 ninja swordsmen, then he and guy came to rescue bee and naruto from obito. In that fight he created a shadow clone, used chain lightning, raikir on the mini bijus. Then he was suggesting using kamui on 6 bijudamas!!! Yet he died when he used half the chackra on tendo! And also he explained that the amount of chackra required for kamui is directly proportional to the objects mass. Well if you are gonna tell me that biju bombs have no mass i will point out to you the scene where naruto's kage bushin tried to create a mini biju dama in his chackra cloak form and the rubber man (lol) said that the bomb was too heavy (even though this was a mini bomb) to carry in that state. Now if kakashi couldnt teleport shurado (the pain who uses mech/missiles) coz he was afraid he wud die before he couldnt complete the feat, and this guy only weighs so much, wtf made him believe he could telebort 6 biju bombs??? Please not,he hadnt been given chakra by the kyuubi/naruto yet.
Anyway now moving forward to the possible role he might play in the war, i want to remind people about the episode in which kakashi wanted to use kamui to remove the gedo mauzo's head. Obito seemed to have countered the effort by usig his sharingan. Watever. My point is that kakashi could try removing the god tree's flower, the one that bears the eye, and since obito cant use kamui it could work. Very small chance, but it is possible.
