Your right. The White Fang of Konoha( Kakashi Father ) also always wore a mask. I believe they have fangs.

Alright. Acourding to a website I saw Kakashi Hakate, will be unmasked around 415 or 420. In the anime we saw that Kakashi has another mask under the first one. And I saw a picture with Kakshi unmasked.

i remember the chapter in the anime where team 7 was trying to take out his mask and the part when they went to eat ramen and they got interrupted by ino-shika-cho trio and that later teuchi and ayame were with hearts in their eyes so most prbably is that he is handsome below the mask... maybe if someone says is wrong review the chapter and you will see that what i say is right
