kakashi warped whole hatchibi with kuarma chakra but without he gather chakra
kuarma chakra made his kamui stronger three times so he was able to warp whole hatchibi twice nearly instantly without gather chakra
so without kuarma chakra he can warp 1/3 hatchibi twice instantly without gather chakra too
one tail is much smaller than 1/3 hatchibi

he used it 6 times before kuarma chakra with 2 light chain,3 raiki,earth wall,2 shadow clone
manga said kuarma chakra made kakashi's kamui stronger three times and he was able to warp hatchibi twice without gather chakra
so kakshi without kuarma chakra his kamui power will be weaker three time than it with kuarma chakra so kakashi wihtout kuarma chakra can warp 1/3 hatchibi twice without gather chakra too
the hatchibi which was kissing jiubi wasn't his full size

It's true you need Senju/Uchiha DNA for it, but I believe you need that to summon the Gedo Mazo, not to have the Rinnegan. After all, Nagato only had Uzumaki DNA.
