In theory these types of tactics could work. If i had a large enough crane, i could hoist the planet earth. Kamui (the technique) is a technique strong enough to destroy or disable at least temporarily the juubi. The issue is whether he has enough chakra to make it happen.

manga didn't say jiubi can't be killed but it said the jiubi is unlimited chakra so yes may you are rigth
but the jiubi will sleep(won't be able to move) after his head will be separated from his body

Yeah I think everybody agrees on that (those who don't are stupid and disregard manga facts) but I don't think OP meant to completely kill Juubi just to screw it's container so it will have to get on this regeneration process.From what Kushina implied on the Kuubi's attack on Konoha that process takes considerable amount of time.
Plus, taking into consideration that Obito and co had to gather the chakra of all biju's it may be a possibility that Juubi's wont be revived as whole but in his original tailed beasts.
So that might be a good plan to temporarily deal with Juubi.
On that point,nobody in the alliance possess a sealing jutsu strong enough to seal the Juubi and nobody is a good container (maybe Naruto) so I believe Shikaku's plan entails the deconstruction of Juubi at some point.

What people fail to realize is that Kakashi doesn't need to warp the entire juub for him to "kill" him... He can just warp a chunk of his neck or even his eye to render him open to more attacks.
