Simple really, kakashi would barely get pass the scorpion form.
Kakashi is a short range fighter and would have to come in close to deal a fatal blow. That scorpion form has many tricks up its sleeve that could easily posion any body.
If kakashi was to get past its scorpion form without getting poisoned and with most of his chakra intact, he isnt getting past the 3rd kazekage.

I personally think Kakashi is slightly overrated.
He can probably beat Konan, if she comes down and stops being paper.
He can probably beat Hidan, if he has any information. If not Kakashi wouldn't be prepared for an immortal opponent, and he would get cut. His taijutsu skills were even with Hidan's as neither one of them was able to land a blow, and that is a manga fact.
He can pull a draw against Deidara, but no better than that because Deidara hates sharingan users and has shown that he is willing to sacrifice himself to kill them.
I don't think he can beat Sasori at all, but some people think he can. I don't want to get into it, so let's call it a toss up.
Kakuzu has too much chakra and too many lives for Kakashi to beat him on his own. The only reason that Kakashi got that first heart was due to Shikamaru and his team distracting Kakuzu.
The rest can't be beaten by Kakashi.

and Zetsu are out of Kakashi's league.
You may ask why Zetsu, well if anyone wants Zetsu's feats I will give them to you.
Black Zetsu is currently fighting the Mizukage and her guards by himself, and white Zetsu beat the Mizukage and her guards during the Kage arc.
White Zetsu can steal chakra and copy people exactly, and can use mokuton apparently, and we don't know about Black Zetsu but if each half of Zetsu can fight the Mizukage and her guards then Kakashi can't win against both halves.

this definatly, and would people stop saying he would just kamui and win? everyone knows kamui is a last resort move, only exception was tobi because kakashi believed him to be madara and wanted to stop a war from breaking out -.-, and as for sasori beating him, there is a constant debate about that on nb, people either say, "well kakashi can just go underground the lightning blade him" or say that because chiyo and sakura beat sasori that anyone can -.- thats just ignorance, sasori is an intelligent fighter (only reason he lost to sakura and chiyo is because he was playing with them at first, they are the worst combo he could have fought, and he let chiyo kill him at the end) and he wouldnt just sit there, if he saw kakashi go underground im pretty sure he would prepare for an attack from underground (actually the outcome of this fight depends primarily on info and terrain), but the fight between them definatly isnt as straight forward as alot of people believe....this ends my little rant xD...also i dont know if konan could beat kakashi or not and she didnt analyze his abilities, nagato told her about tobis abilities and weaknesses

Sasori vs kakashi when it comes to speed there on the same pace taijutsu,genjutsu, strength kakashi's better hands down. The problem is sasori in his human puppet body doesn't get fatigue,tired, or worn out so his stamina is the one of or best in the whole series most likely. Now the poison kakashi isn't the type of person who would let anybody put there on hands on him easily period, but if there at that same speed he would cut him atleast once. Sasori is a puppet type user so there known for being long range users he wouldn't let kakashi no wear near him that's a good opening for lightning edge , the sharingan can see the flow of chakra and kakashi only needs a few observation to come up with a solution. Poison gas,needles,weapons would already be to much on top of the iron sand ability with hundreds of puppets ,kakashi can kamui but most likely he'd throw a puppet right in front of him.

It doesn't matter if you consider him overrated or not, the manga has made it clear how strong he is.
Deidara? Surely Kakashi takes this, he's got the raiton advantage and has decent knowledge. He only got his arm back then because he couldn't control his jutsu, now he can.
Kakazu? What on earth...you do realise Kakashi has almost full knowledge on his opponent? While the latter does not. Not to mention Kakashi was about to resort to Kamui before Naruto even showed up.

Baseless. The Sharingan can see chakra. Kakashi will immediately find Sasori's heart (as thats where all Sasori's chakra emits from). Kakashi can dispatch Hiruko, then proceed to blitz Sasori and decimates his heart with a Raikiri/bunshin feint etc etc
You assume Sasori starts with the third summoned. It's like saying Kakashi uses kamui right off the bat and there is no fight. Kamui is faster than anything Sasori can react to.

Poison is indeed very dangerous.
But do I need to remind you Iron sand was easily avoided and anticipated by Sakura without Chiyo's aid at one point lol Iron Sand is not a threat to Kakashi who is faster more agile, smarter and has a Sharingan.
Sasori might get kamui'd or a Raikiri/raiden via bunshin feint to the heart before he can even summon his puppets.
