Yeah he did but I just narrow that down to the arrows being made of chakra he can probably warp non solid objects(I think chakra in its self is not actually solid but I could be wrong on that) faster than a solid object i.e a person. I know chakra can do some out of it shit but yeah even if it is solid its still more than likely easier to warp than a person or body part.

If you're going to say Naruto because of speed then what about Yotsuki A and Minato? KM naruto is only a tad bit faster then A, he was just barely able to dodge him and Minato is not only a space time master of the highest calibre behind Tobi offcourse, but his transportation with Hirashin is instant and his reflexes and reaction time are unrivaled. Kakshi would never be able to hit those two.

There are also many others who can avoid Kamui, Zetsu has one hundred thousand real clones, let's see Kakashi try and Kamui all of those. Konan can turn into paper, kamui isn't gonna work on her, against Tobi, she had blown up more then half of her body and still recreated it with paper manipulation.

He also can't kamui all the six paths of pein or even real nagato, every jutsu requires chakra to be maintained and nagato has the preta path to take care of kamui, without the chakra in it there will be no kamui, preta absorbs all ninjutsu. In any case nagato's reaction time was enough to keep up with KM naruto even though he was crippled, so he can react to kamui.

Let us also see Kakashi kamui the third raikage's limbs, he probably, no, he definately fast enough to avoid kamui and besides he is the strongest shield, we can't be sure that kamui can take away his limbs, he might be able to withstand the barrier, besides, Kakashi would die long before he activated kamui, the raikage are too fast and kakashi doesn't have sasuno'oo or blaze release to protect him. Definately aint fast enought to keep up, even sasuke is faster then him.

Mayn there are many other people that can pawn kamui as well, stop trying to overate kakashi.

Kamui isn't used offensively, your argument is invalid, Gui would destroy Kakashi because of speed.

i wouldn't go as far as to say nearly anyone but kakashi i believe is largely underrated and at times overrated there's never really that spot where people agree he fits .
he is a great ninja powerful and smart.
He obviously has a reputation in the ninja world as people seem to know him or heard of him and i reckon he is incredibly strong ninja who doesn't have Kekai Genkai and blood line limits or secret jutsu .
Yes he has a sharingun but he isnt of uchia blood and what he has managed to do with it is pretty remarkable considering how far he has been able to evolve it not being and uchia and how much knowledge he has of it aswell.
He also has 3 chackra natures Earth , Water , Electric which i a great feat on its own considering his your average shinobi he also knows a fair deal about wind nature'd chackra , he also knows over 1000 jutsu's , and knows a basic amount of knowledge on seals as displayed pre shippuden if he isnt in the top 10 ninja he is defiantly in the top 15.

Battle wise i dont believe he can take anyone but there is a large percentage of ninja i believe he could take on and beat.

all in all Kakashi is 8 in my top 15 .
