Kakashi has come a long way but come on be reallistic. He can only use Kamui so many times before he himself dies from no chackra and im sure he uses even more chakra when his target is moving. More concentration more chackra. Now if he had Naruto's chakra then I may agree.

I hear what you're saying about its distance but on the flip side of that coin its reach isn't unlimited to be honest we don't even know what its range is. I find it hard too imagine that its range is as far as the eye can see and chances are he will only have 2-3 goes at getting you with it then hes exhausted. the chances of a top level shinobi staying still whilst he is using it are slim to say the least also I think the bigger the object the longer it take's to warp it.

the problem is this
line of sight
chakara required
stress on eyebut the one immune to this is
sasuke: sasunoo will get hit first
naruto: speed
tobi: phase no jutsu
edo's: regenerate
my argument that most other ninja even kage got nothin on him

There are a lot other ninjas that he can't beat.

Anyone with incredible speed and reflex like Raikage,Naruto etc..,skilled uchihas with mangekyou,rinnegan users,space time jutsu users,hashirama and tobirama,hiruzen etc...
