Kakashi better at sharingan use than sasuke.

During part 1(or part 2?) it was said kakashi's use of sharingan was even better than the top uchiha themselves.
Now sasuke was an Uchiha from birth and activated 3t around the same time kakashi got his sharingan and the war was over but still kakashi used his sharingan to its limit and was a better efficient user than sasuke who kept spamming without looking what it would do to his eyes or body.
Says a lot about a "prodigy uchiha" who still couldnt compare his efficiency of sharingan to the likes kakashi who used it as efficiently as possible taking in mind he wasnt an uchiha himself while sasuke needed EMS to get to that level and well he went above and beyond with rennigan.

P.S:- Not a thread about Sharingan's power but about who was more efficient user.

No it isnt, i even admired sasuke went above and beyond with his rennigan and EMS. But before all that he did not use sharingan efficiently atleast not in part 2. In part 1 he had started to use it by copying rocklee and others but when he got the CM he stopped using it as efficiently as atleast part1.
