lol as silly as it seems im sure 8 gates guy could possibly be able to deflect a bijuu dama. he could do that move he used to stop kisame. Yamato actually told naruto to prepare for the shockwave. Its also no ordinary taijutsu as it break physics and leaves a burning trail that was only 7 gates. Imagine 8 gates its not impossible but it is highly unlikely.

in that page he stated he will wipe out the entire bijuu with kamui ? is he for real ?

Dont underestimate Kakashi. The only reason why his sharigan hasnt gone blind was because he didnt over use it like saskue and itachi. Im pretty sure kakashi can but kakashi knows the risk. Imagine kakashi with an ems, wow EPIC!
